At Elevate Interior, our products are packaged and tested before shipping. Owing to the nature of our products, all purchases are normally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

When you are about to place an order, you can ask for a sample or arrange for a video call to verify the product, color, finish, and design.

Cancellation Not Allowed: Cancellation is not possible once the order has been placed.
Wrong/Damaged Product: In case of receipt of wrong/damaged products, you can reach out to us right away.
Unboxing Video: An unboxing video must be provided to make a claim for replacement.
Replacement: Replacement will only be made after verification from our dispatching team.

Make sure you verify the package at the time of delivery and retain all the packing material until the order is verified.
